Description

The interim Operations Manager/Director is responsible for ensuring the optimal running of this manufacturing site. Responsibilities include:

Head up a team of c.60 people across manufacturing, engineering, distribution and installation
Recruit, train, coach and develop this team to perform to the best of their abilities
Help to install a new ERP system to improve business capability
Develop and monitor a suite of KPIs to enable business success
Review manufacturing procedures to drive efficiencies, costs, quality and delivery

Profile

The successful Operations Manager/Director should have:

Proven experience in an Operational Leadership role within the industrial manufacturing sector.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to analyse data and implement actionable strategies.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in managing cross-departmental workflows.
Availability to start a new role immediately.Job Offer
