Position Summary:
Leverage engineering and maintenance experience and skills to lead the maintenance and facilities
team to safely achieve; asset performance and reliability to agreed standards and at best-practice cost.
Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of best practice reliability and
engineering systems to maximize the utilization and efficiency of the plant’s assets. Coach the
maintenance and facilities team in technical and behavioral competencies to deliver sustainable, high
impact business results and promote people’s development.

What you will Do:
 Support and maintain compliance with all EHS Company Policies and safe work practises
 Support and maintain compliance with all Food Safety and regulatory requirements
 Implement and maintain compliance with the food safety and quality management system by
reporting food safety hazards and quality problems as they arise
 Develop and subsequently operate within agreed MRO budgents, ensuring all maintenance
activities are achieved within time and cost objectives.
 Manage the site’s CAPEX plan (Proposals, Planning, Budgeting and Execution)
 Manage maintenance of packaging assets, to maximize reliability and minimize spend.
 Ensure timely response to production requirements for operational support, maintenance
service and plant availability
 Help with the implementation and sustainability of TPM initiatives, such as Autonomous
Maintenance, PM Optimization, Planned Maintenance
 Manage maintenance and advisory services contracted to the packaging facility
 Manage maintenance and facilities team personnel to develop a high performing maintenance
team
 Develop and train maintenance and facilities personnel

 Develop and implement maintenance strategies for plant and equipment to deliver reliability
standards and targets. 
 Manage and continuously improve a CMMS system already in place
 Prepare justification for capital budgets
 Develop, implement and monitor key performance indicator measures for reliability and
production performance efficiency
 Support trials, R&D Initiatives and other innovative projects
 Manage the utilities assets such as refrigeration, electricity, water, etc.
