Reverse Osmosis (RO) Operations & Maintenance Technician

What You Will Do:

• Operate, monitor, and trouble-shoot, and maintain an RO system, including water softening, and CIPs
• Perform maintenance and limited repairs on system components, including RO membrane changes
• Perform testing on lab samples, analyze and record results and data in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
• Comply with all OSHA and Company Safety Programs and requirements
• Maintain inventories, and order parts as needed
• Maintain log book, data entry in log sheets, and weekly summaries to Site Manager
• Visual inspections of plant equipment and perform PM and emergency maintenance as required i.e. Pumps, filters, piping, etc

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with RO systems or other membrane technologies
• Basic maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in Industrial water / Wastewater Treatment or Maintenance, Particularly with RO or other membrane technology
• Familiarity with Laboratory Procedures and Equipment
• Experience with Instrumentation & process control

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, talking and hearing
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
• Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather.
