Education and Experience:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in related field preferred
- Associates Degree in a business related field and/or equivalent business experience preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Skills and Abilities:
- Basic understanding of banking practices and knowledge of bank products.
- Self-starter (i.e.. – after initial managerial direction and instruction, candidate is able to complete assigned tasks, identify issues not addressed, and escalate appropriately)
- Aptitude to quickly develop a proficiency of the Bank’s policy, procedures, products, and systems.
- PC skills in a Windows environment to include Word/Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to monitor their own workload and multi-task while juggling competing priorities to ensure completion of all tasks within established timeframes.
Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:
Hours may be different than 8:00 am to 5:00 pm depending on department needs
Tasks Performed:
- 30% Accurately set up new loans in core accounting system.
- 30% Accurately verify loan set up within core accounting system.
- 30% Perform maintenance activities within department guidelines and in accordance with Bank policies.
- 10% Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
- Stationary 75% of time or greater
- Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
