CANDIDATE GUIDANCE & SELECTION NOTICE:
We strongly encourage all candidates to review all active internship postings and their attached project scope before applying. Each project scope is unique and tailored to the needs of the department and initiative it supports. We will only move forward with candidates whose experience and qualifications closely align with the specific project scope for each internship position. This ensures that selected candidates can effectively contribute to the success of the assigned project while also supporting the intern’s own professional development and alignment with their field of study or degree path.
PROJECT SCOPE:
This project focuses on centralizing, cleaning, and standardizing labor data for temporary labor and full‑time employees (FTEs); to enable accurate labor planning across all branches. The intern will gather and organize existing labor data sources, many of which currently sit in disconnected systems and manual files.
After consolidating this information into a unified structure, the intern will validate data accuracy, streamline reporting inputs (including staffing agency data), and establish a reliable foundation for consistent labor tracking.
Once the dataset is structured and cleaned, the intern will support the creation of a Power BI dashboard that provides clear visibility into temp vs. FTE usage, daily labor costs, trends, and next‑day forecasting insights. The final deliverables will equip branch managers with accurate labor data and practical tools for operational decision‑making and planning.
