Job Overview:
In this role, you will build lasting partnerships and trusted relationships with team members across business functions in order to support their initiatives and overall strategy. You will clarify and deepen the understanding of business context, actual processes, pain points, needs, and desires of the stakeholders. In this role, you will approach business pain points with an empathetic stance in order to ascertain the root of any given pain point and what your role can be in a solution. Additionally, you will identify and recommend opportunities for software and process optimization. You will align the estimated value of any given effort with the business needs, pain points, all potential stakeholders, and the solution requirements. As our IT Business Transformation Analyst, you will validate that the solutions you implement are demonstrating real business value. In addition, you will modify your activities or your approach to solving a problem if the value of a solution is compromised.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience facilitating cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes through projects or products
• 2+ years of experience in role that features business analysis and/or product management skills
• 1+ year(s) experience with data analytics and business intelligence, leveraging data to drive performance improvement
• Ability to lead and expertly facilitate the right discussions with business, Product and Technical experts/leaders to identify business capabilities in relation to current and future business objectives
• Proven success in scaling processes, systems, products, and people to meet objectives
• Experience coordinating requirements across customer groups

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; focus on IT and Operations preferred 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in or domain knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, ERP Systems or similar operations areas
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Report building and visualization; SQL skills
• Ability of flight and laser vision
• Experience in business relationship management, development, or account management
• Requirements visualization techniques and experience (process documentation, concept mapping, data flows, etc)
