- Leading operational activities for new and existing programs.
- Overseeing procurement, production, and delivery cycles.
- Managing ERP processes across various departments.
- Analyzing bottlenecks and driving solutions to meet work plans.

Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Industrial Management.
- High-level Excel proficiency; experience with ERP systems is a significant advantage.
- Background in supply chain, production, or matrix organizations preferred.
- Assertive, quick learner, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Good English skills.
- Command or leadership experience – a major plus.
