ICCU’s mission is to help our members achieve financial success. As an Operations Hire Ahead, you will learn and perform various duties within the Operations Teams to ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick up, sort, and process mail from USPS
• Image and review documents for readability and storage
• Assist with mail and Green Bags for the MSC and branch locations
• Consumer loan file maintenance completion
• Securing liens on titles for consumer loans Review and process faxes, emails and phone calls
• Process real estate payoff quotes
• Maintain homeowner’s insurance records
• Key mortgage payments
• Process reconveyances-Assist with account research including photocopy requests, statement reviews etc.
• Deposit account maintenance and various transaction processing
• Processing Deposit reports to ensure proper account maintenance
• Ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service.
• Maintain and support positive vendor relationships.
• Complete various card and ATM maintenance

 

Before you apply, make sure you have:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• The ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records. 

 

This role will also require some physical abilities including the ability to sit for extended periods of time, lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies, reach keyboards, and operate basic office machines.
