Operations Excellence Associate

Superside is looking for a solutions-oriented Operations Excellence Associate with a love for data and excellent interpersonal skills to join us in the quest to build the best creative experience.
Joining our expanding team, you will be a part of one of the core functions of our Operations Excellence function. You’ll be working on the staffing front of the operations process, Ensuring that customers have the best teams to deliver on their creative needs, providing suggestions on process improvements, and gathering actionable insights to elevate operations..Reporting to the Staffing Operations Manager, your role will directly contribute to improving a critical organizational area at Superside, interacting with stakeholders across all levels to add value throughout the company.

What you’ll do

• Execute autonomously on your OKRs developed together with your manager
• Analyze data and monitor staffing KPIs to ensure our creatives and project managers can always deliver a great customer experience
• Identify issues and potential improvements in the staff operations process
• Monitor accounts regularly to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Report on and understand our team's concerns and sentiments to foster improvement initiatives
• Support the Staff Operations team in optimizing staffing processes to deliver a great customer experience
• Become an expert on our processes to act as a resource for other team members

What you’ll need to succeed

• 2-3 years of experience in operations (at a tech start-up or scale-up is a bonus)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Data analytics skills (e.g. SQL, R, Python, Google Sheets, Excel) and strong ability and passion for building a data-driven future of work
• Outstanding attention to detail
• High personal standards for quality, accountability, and reliability
• Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact successfully with many stakeholders and the emotional intelligence needed to handle delicate situations
• Great project management skills: you independently own your projects from start to finish

• Superside has its own in-house DesignOps system allowing our creatives, project managers, and creative leads to collaborate seamlessly with customers. We've been scaling fast and growing a lot in the past years. With hundreds of team members and demand for projects, we now need to manage the task of efficiently staffing people on accounts. That calls for someone who is able to autonomously find and come up with creative solutions to the relevant issues.
