A DAY IN THE LIFEAs the Operations Lead, B+B, you’ll report to our Nursery Yard Manager and help manage the daily tasks, projects, and processes that keep the barn, grid, and mulch rows looking their best. You’ll be responsible for helping customers get the product they’ve purchased, championing the importance of defined processes, and being the expert for the operational side of the Operations team – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country. YOUR IMPACTo Model our three-step, Every Experience Counts process: Introduce Yourself, “Let Me Take Care of That,” and Keep It Seamlesso Champion The Safe Way Is The Right Way in our powered equipment training and maintenance for skid loaders, articulated loaders, forklifts, golf carts, and other machinery used at Maple Campuso Be the go-to person and champion of training, follow-up, and delegation in our operations processes for the whole teamo Lead the Store's B+B processes, including the unloading, healing in, mulching, and irrigation setup of B+B materialo Set the standard for B+B row cleanliness, organization, and shop ability, ensuring that all B+B material is irrigated, organized, and properly maintained
