Essel is seeking an Operations Engineer to join our team. As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Your primary duties will include:

• Working with project managers to develop and implement operational plans and strategies
• Monitoring project performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and patterns
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Developing and maintaining project documentation and reports
