General Summary:

The Operations Coordinator facilitates the flow of orders through our database (and by extension, our physical warehouse). This person manages the domestic backlog, releases orders to our 3rd party warehouse, handles EDI transactions, and manages other special projects related to order flow or reporting (as needed).

 

Reports to:  Operations Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Validates integration of order data between Netsuite and 3rd party applications

• Compiles shipment documentation for ROUT customers, as needed

• Reviews and maintains routing/vendor guide documentation

• Analyzes and releases orders from backlog daily. Works with internal & external teams to address problems.

• Processes daily returns. Works with CS team to resolve problems related to RMAs

• Prepares weekly web order report, reorder report, and sell-through reports from key accounts

• Creates and maintains attrition reporting on a monthly basis

• Audits item setup data for EDI accounts

• Assists the Operations Manager with the creation of shipping forecasts

• Provides operational support and reporting to upper management, as needed

 

Required Skills:

• 1 year of experience working with Excel; ability to use Excel’s functions, features, and formulas to organize, analyze, and adjust data

• 1 year of experience working with a common ERP (i.e. Netsuite)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

 

Minimum Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience working in supply chain, sales, or customer service

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working with Netsuite

• Advanced Excel Skills preferred (including vlookups & pivot tables)

 

 

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent prior work experience
