Equitable is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our Overland Park, KS team. This will be a part-time role working 20 hours per week supporting customer service and sales needs for the branch. You will work remotely t o provide outstanding and customer - focused service. Your schedule will be confirmed with the hiring manager.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and maintain the branch CRM program to ensure efficient lead generation and tracking.

• Review and mine the orphan client book of business to identify potential sales opportunities and qualified leads.

• Distribute leads to participating financial professionals and advisors in accordance with established program guidelines.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries related to the CRM program.

The base salary for this position is $26,000.00. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent professional work experience.

• Hands-on customer service, operations, administrative and/or sales support experience.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• CRM management expertise.

• Strong customer service orientation and professional phone presence.

Skills

Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

Document Management: Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
