Job Description Summary
The Operations Coordinator is a full-time position in the Document Management Center department. Under direct supervision, performs a limited variety of service support and/or project assignments that are routine to our department, which includes but not limited to, our Offsite Storage program and short- term and long-term projects within the Document Management Center.
Job Description:
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for project meetings, training, and activities.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and KPIs communications.
• Meet deadline expectations
• Monitor task completion and follow up with team members to ensure milestones are met.
• Support budget tracking and procurement processes related to project activities.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments or external partners including our Offshore teammate relations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, retentions and procedures within project operations
• Experience in identifying bank documents and their lines of business
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 or more years of experience in a management, project management, or operations support role in the finance industry.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including offshore locations or in a project-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in reporting applications such as Tableau and Power Apps
- Experience with Data Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Operations Management, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple moving parts.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to streamlining operations.
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
