We’re expanding our in house Service team to support additional volume and are looking for an Operations Associate to join the team. This role will report to an Operations Manager and is a remote position based in the United States.

What you’ll do:

  • Operations Associates are assigned to specific regions in Pathpoint’s distribution and within that region are responsible for all the following processes:
  • Endorsements
  • Cancellations (NOCs and NORs)
  • Resolving flagged/tagged Surplus Lines filings
  • Renewal quoting

  • In addition, there are two other processes we have automated, or automating, but Operations Associates help to complete exceptions and edge cases:
  • Reviewing Inspections and executing on findings
  • Non-premium bearing endorsements
  • Operations Associates may take on new processes or collaborate with other departments (Financial Operations, Sales, Underwriting) to improve the client experience around Service.

What we look for:

  • Experience with E&S insurance service and operations
  • Underwriting experience not a requirement but a plus
  • Knowledge of surplus lines compliance
  • Knowledge of billing workflows in E&S insurance including agency bill and direct bill
  • Experience executing policy changes mid-term (endorsements, cancellations)
  • Ability to keep your desk organized and prioritize and execute across processes
