Operations Analyst

Job Description

As the Operations Analyst, you will be the liaison with the plant for all accounting/finance needs. 

 

I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position? 
•    Plant financial budgeting/forecasting
•    CAPEX Reporting and Analysis
•    Ensure consistency between plants for cost expense categorization
•    Perform monthly closing and variance analysis
•    Issue monthly financial KPI’s for plant cost controlling
•    Key resource for preparing financial data for internal and external auditors
•    Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations
•    SOX Controls for areas of responsibility
•    Ad Hoc analysis as needed.

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
•    Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing cost accounting preferred
•    Ability to work independently to successfully complete assignments
•    Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skill
•    Ability to travel approximately 15%

What will set me apart?
•    R3 SAP experience in FI and CO is highly desired
•    SOX audit experience a plus

Salary Range:  $71,050 - $131,950

 

Annual Bonus Target: 7%, subject to plan provisions.
