We are looking for a curious and proactive Operations Analyst to partner with leadership in Engineering, Product Management, Analytics, Finance, Program Management, Product &amp; Engineering Operations, and others to develop and manage engineering, financial, and technical processes, execute key operational cadences, and drive successful business outcomes.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and mature multiple key cross-organizational processes including Product Lifecycle, Engineering Ops, software capitalization, and others</li> <li>Operationalize and mature emerging processes around FinOps and cloud spend management&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Instill discipline and consistency within the Product and Engineering teams in terms of operational methodologies and documentation, working with Senior Director &amp; VP level resources</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional resources as primary point of contact to improve communications, enhance visibility, and measure results of different strategic portfolios</li> <li>Champion tooling and process improvements that help the team and Fastly scale&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years in business operations or other key functions including business process improvement, and product or engineering teams (bonus points for both)</li> <li>Strong attention to detail within big picture context&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead team initiatives by influence</li> <li>Experience effectively communicating acros
