This individual will serve as a bridge between accounting, operations, and IT—playing a pivotal role in transforming the company’s financial systems and streamlining business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, excellent project management skills, and hands-on experience with ERP migrations or system integrations in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the ERP system implementation from an accounting and operational perspective, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.Partner with IT, operations, and finance teams to define process workflows, system requirements, and reporting capabilities.Oversee operational accounting activities including inventory, cost accounting, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and internal controls across accounting functions.Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.Train accounting and operations staff on ERP functionality, policies, and procedures.Collaborate with leadership to develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance business visibility.Participate in special projects, audits, and cross-departmental initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including operational accounting and ERP project involvement.Proven experience in ERP implementation or system conversion (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar).Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing processes.Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a process-oriented mindset.Benefits:Competitive base salary with annual performance incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off, holidays, and employee wellness programs.Professional development and advancement opportunities within a growing organization.#GHJSS #LI-SL1
