Open-rank Tenured Faculty position in Mathematics

The Department of Mathematics at Vanderbilt University invites applications for a tenured position to begin in Fall 2026. All areas of mathematics will be considered, and the rank will be at the Associate Professor or Professor level. Applicants should be internationally prominent researchers with strong qualifications as an instructor. Exceptional candidates may be considered for an appointment to an endowed chair position.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related field, and must have a distinguished record of research, excellence in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, and demonstrated leadership within their discipline.
