On-Premise Program Specialist
Location: Stennis Space Center, MS
Pay: $65,000 annually
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM (OT as needed)

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is hiring an On-Premise Program Specialist to support a leading aerospace client. This role will serve as the on-site contact for 80–90 employees, handling HR-related questions, timekeeping, and employee support.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main onsite contact for employees

• Assist with timekeeping, payroll, and benefits questions

• Handle basic employee relations and disciplinary issues

• Support new hire onboarding and site orientation

• Partner with client supervisors on daily workforce needs

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in staffing, HR, or onsite workforce management

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable balancing employee support with client needs

• Proficiency with timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office

• Must meet federal security/badging requirements
