Online Faculty Support Specialist

Position Summary:

The Online Faculty Support Specialist (FSS) provides day-to-day support of the online general education and allied health faculty teaching in hybrid programs (referred to as "online faculty" throughout this document). The FSS, under the supervision of the Director of Online Faculty Support (DOFS), provides online faculty with the information and guidance needed to ensure EA policies and standards are upheld. Such support will help to develop faculty in their instructional delivery and effectiveness.

• Faculty Coaching/Development
• Processes and Compliance
• General
  • Maintains strong, collaborative, and professional relationships with team members, faculty and key stakeholders related to hybrid programs.
  • Comply with EA academic policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
