Position Overview

The Online Content Manager plays a pivotal role within the agency, responsible for leading and managing website design and development projects. This fully-remote position requires a candidate with expertise in WordPress, website project management, and experience in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee website design and development projects from inception to completion.

• Maintain close client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.

• Engage with clients to understand their objectives, provide strategic insights, and develop tailored project strategies.

• Oversee and optimize production workflows, ensuring efficient project execution.

• Manage and coordinate content creation, collaborating with writers and designers.

• Develop and implement client-specific strategies to achieve website project goals.
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in WordPress and website project management.

• Proven experience in successfully managing website projects for clients.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and an understanding of e-commerce best practices.

• Exceptional client-facing skills, including the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment.

• Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST to align with client expectations.
