Office RN/ LPN - Pediatrics, Part-time

Working under the direction of the attending physician and the Practice Manager, the staff registered nurse participates as a team member in the implementation and follow through of patient care activities.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in office-based practice
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served
• Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth development
• Is able to assess and interpret data reflective of the patient’s status
• Provides care as outlined in standards, policies and procedures
• Command of verbal and written English
• Demonstrated clinical competence
• Positive interpersonal communication skills
• Good organizational skills

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• 1 to 3 years medical-surgical nursing

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate from accredited school of nursing required

License/Certification:

• Current MA license
• BLS certified
