Office Coordinator

Tenet3 is seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. As a key member of the Administration team, you will assist with general facilities, finance, and administrative tasks to directly impact the day-to-day operations of Tenet3. 

The Office Coordinator will strategize and implement new processes for increased efficiency, provide strong administrative support, and empower team members to perform their jobs productively and efficiently. A personable, creative, and detail-oriented person will do well in this role.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Reception duties, including but not limited to: visitor management, mail collection, file and document control, management of company wide calendars and email groups
    • Administrative team support as needed for President, Human Resources, Finance, Contracts, Operations, and Security Facility Officer
  • Office/Facility Management
    • Monitor and maintain facility, including operations and maintenance issues
    • Interface with building management, security, and maintenance
    • Monitor, order and maintain office supplies
    • Perform opening and closing checklists
    • Assist with set up and tear down of shared spaces following company events, demonstrations, corporate lunches, and other office gatherings
  • In office from 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F
  • Multiple other duties as assigned

  • Minimum of two years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Associate Degree or higher a plus

This is a full-time position in Tenet3 offices, downtown Dayton, Ohio.
