Summary:
We are seeking a full-time onsite support staff that is responsible for clerical and administrative duties in an office setting. The Office Coordinator assists staff with mail, filing, scanning, answering phones, restocking supplies and general maintenance of the office. This is a fully onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning
- Distribute incoming mail
- Process outgoing mail
- Order office supplies and restock supply closets
- Answer phones
- Stock all partner refrigerators and conference room
- Change lightbulbs
- Manage storage records
- Manage legal files
- Purge and clean refrigerators
- Stock and maintain kitchen
- General office maintenance
- Daily interaction and effective communication with staff members
- Prioritizing task and understanding what is urgent
- Demonstrate discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Other special projects as assigned
- Order and pick up Partner and Manager lunches
- Maintain Broker Master List
- Light IT (Desktop/ Phone Support)
Requirements:
- Education – Some college preferred but not necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personable, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficient in overseeing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
- Be able to work with a variety of personalities

The base salary range for this position is $40,000 – $60,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
