Job Description:
The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division, Bureau All Kids is seeking to hire a motivated individual to serve as an Office Assistant. Under the direction of the Clerical Supervisor, this position performs a variety of office support functions and provides quality customer service as part of the Bureau of All Kids Switchboard staff.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of office practices, procedures and programs with the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
