WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with general administrative tasks to the Operations Manager, Office Manager and Accounting Manager
- Maintain & organize files
- Data Entry (Accounting)
- Maintain Office Supplies
- Light Housekeeping duties
- Other tasks as needed
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be dependable and on time
