Salary/Position Classification

• 15.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answering phone
• Scanning
• Copying
• Sorting mail
• Keep announcement boards updated
• Sorting
• Filing
• Inventory
• Helping with colloquiums

Required Competencies

• Technology utilization
• Professionalism

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a UND on campus student with work study available
• Must be available to work some afternoons
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

• Experience using Word
• Experience using Excel
