WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

To support the Anchorage Judicial Services Unit within the Department of Public Safety by supervising a team responsible for entering warrants, writs, and protective orders into state and national databases. This role also includes managing timesheet entries, clearing PCARD transactions, and performing a variety of other office-assistant duties.

THE WORKING CONDITIONS YOU CAN EXPECT:
The Anchorage Judicial Services Unit is located in the Nesbett Courthouse in down town Anchorage, with free parking in a secure garage. The daily work environment consists of a friendly team of like-mided civillian and commisioned staff dedicated to the Alaska State Trooper's mission.

Examples of duties

High school diploma or the equivalent.

One year of office work experience providing a broad range of clerical support that includes performing reception duties, answering routine questions on services or products, retrieving information from electronic or hard copy files, recording expenditures and receipts, or typing routine correspondence.
