Are you an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults live with independence, dignity, and confidence? Our Symbria Rehab Team in Englewood, OH is seeking a Part-Time OT to join a collaborative, resident-focused senior-living community as an employee-owner.

This role offers the opportunity to do meaningful work, grow professionally, and be part of a team where your clinical expertise is truly valued.

 

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving residents’ quality of life by:

  • Evaluating residents and developing individualized, goal-driven treatment plans

  • Delivering creative, functional interventions that support ADLs, cognition, and independence

  • Supervising and collaborating with Occupational Therapy Assistants

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and productivity standards

  • Partnering with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic resident outcomes

  • Serving as a trusted clinical resource for residents, families, and team members

Your work will help residents regain function, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life.

Qualifications

🎓 What You Bring

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Active Ohio OT license (or ability to obtain)

  • A passion for working with the older adult population

  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is preferred—but not required
