Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a group of highly-skilled professionals.
Responsibilities
- Carry out and update the risk assessments of the work centers under their responsibility, as well as hygienic, ergonomic, psychosocial measurements, additional technical reports and control and follow-up visits, to define in each case the corrective and/or preventive measures.
- Advise the centers under their responsibility on occupational risk prevention (labor inspections,occupational health and safety committee meetings, coordination of business activities, etc.).
- Advise on the maintenance of the company's ORP Management System in the work centers under their responsibility.
- Conduct investigations of serious or relevant accidents and occupational diseases within their area of responsibility, transmitting this information through the chain of command so that the company can take the appropriate measures.
- Put in place the internal audits contemplated in the annual Occupational Risk Prevention plan, with the aim of guaranteeing compliance with the guidelines established in the company's ORP Management System.
- Assist in external PRL audits (both legal and of the PRL Management System) accompanying the auditors on visits to the centers and supporting those in charge of the centers to contribute to their smooth running.
- Develop and deliver training courses on PRL in the work centers under their responsibility.
Requirements
- Desirable studies as Occupational Risk Prevention Technician or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Native level of Spanish
- Advanced level of English.
