Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, Palliative Care, Per Diem – Santa Rosa, CA (379921) 

Providence Medical Group in conjunction with Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking an inpatient Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Santa Rosa, California. This is a per diem position with a tenured, passionate and collaborative group that works closely together. The role involves providing consultative services and collaborating with hospitalists, intensivists and specialty services for patient care in high-needs communities with many acute cases from facilities to include Santa Rosa Memorial, Petaluma Valley Hospital and Healdsburg Hospital. The regional team, which includes Napa, Sonoma, and Eureka, offers extensive support. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with experience working with interdisciplinary teams, comfortable with independent practice, and is an excellent communicator. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
