About the role

Position Summary:

The Non-CDL O&L Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery, suction, and pump-off of oil and lubricant (O&L) products to customer job sites in accordance with company standards. This role requires a valid driver's license, active medical card, and a commitment to safe driving practices and regulatory compliance.

Pay & Schedule:

  • Hourly Rate: $22.50/hour

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Schedule: Full-time; must be flexible with hours based on business and route needs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure all mechanical, safety, and emergency systems are functioning properly

  • Collect and verify delivery instructions, routes, and required documentation

  • Operate company trucks safely and responsibly, ensuring cargo is properly secured

  • Pump off products using truck-mounted equipment; avoid spills and ensure accurate delivery amounts

  • Utilize Samsara to:

    • Log Hours of Service (HOS)

    • Complete DVIRs

    • Submit delivery forms and truck fuel receipts

  • Load and unload trucks safely; assist others when needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area

  • Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and vendors

  • Adjust routes using GPS or mapping tools to optimize efficiency

  • Submit all completed paperwork daily

  • Wear all required PPE and follow all DOT and company safety guidelines

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience: Previous related driving or oilfield experience preferred but not required

  • License/Certifications:

    • Valid driver's license

    • Current medical card
