 **Role Overview**

Ideal candidates will bring robust managerial experience from an Environmental Services Education Campus department or similar. You'll need superb communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to lead with empathy and innovation. Your role will involve scheduling, maintaining quality standards, conducting audits, managing budgets, and fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.

 **Key Responsibilities**

• Optimize operational costs and oversee budget management.
• Forge strong communication channels with clients and staff to meet and exceed service expectations.
• Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Champion service excellence and quality, addressing any concerns swiftly and strategically.
• Mentor and guide team members, opening pathways for their professional development within ABM.
• Uphold a culture of safety, compliance, and ethical conduct at all times.
• Promote and embody ABM’s core values and leadership philosophy.

 **Qualifications for Success**

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• A minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a service-focused environment, ideally within custodial or facilities services.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Resilience under pressure and a commitment to meeting objectives.
• Initiative, punctuality, and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
• Strong digital literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office suite.
• A clean motor vehicle record, underscoring your reliability and responsibility.
