You Are:
The Network Security Engineer Associate Manager will provide network experience in vulnerability intelligence and risk mitigation, you will be responsible for developing various written products on evaluating vulnerability intelligence or developing tailored mitigation strategies, improvement plans, and actionable insights based on vulnerabilities identified through various open and closed source data sets. The Network Vulnerability Specialist will review the environment deficiencies, recommend solutions and remediate findings on network devices. The Network Vulnerability Specialist will ensure that solutions are compliant with the AFS security standards, and all documentation is updated.
Here's What You Need:
- US Citizen on US soil (required)
- 5 year(s) of expert level experience in LAN technologies (switches, routers, wireless and firewalls) including centralized monitoring and management in large-scale, high-availability environments
- 4 year(s) of experience in large scale LAN/WAN switching and routing implementation and operation with specific knowledge of VLAN, VPN and Metro Ethernet networking
- 3 year(s) of experience in IT infrastructure, TCP/IP, networking and information system security principles, practices and technologies
- 3 year(s) of experience working with core Internet routing protocols and services
- 3 year(s) of experience working with Juniper SRX firewalls
- 2 year(s) of experience working with F5 configuration and principles
- 3 year(s) of experience working with Palo Alto virtual firewall and Panorama Central Support solutions
- 1 year(s) of hands-on experience in Cloud operations and/or systems administration
- 3-year(s) experience working with packet capture tools and systems such as Wireshark and IDPS solutions.
- 2 years(s) experience with encryption technologies using IPSEC and SSL.
Bonus Points:
- Identify solutions required to remediate vulnerabilities
- Manage and perform remediations within the network landscape
- Meet with stakeholders to review requirements
- Make changes where necessary using the CR process
- Escalate issues/concerns with the Initiative
- Provide network/admin support to configure and test the solution
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Develop/transition operational processes and procedures for Ops teams to support solution
- CCNP or CCIE preferred
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
