Leads collaboration with executives, teams, and experts to develop and align innovative network modernization strategies. Ensures adherence to internal and external policies and compliance with mandated federal standards. Drives cross-domain service consolidation and modernization initiatives

• Engages with executive leadership, team members, and technical experts both internally and externally to gather insights, align objectives, and shape innovative network modernization strategies.
• Champions best practices and drives continuous improvement by integrating market trends and customer feedback.
• Crafts and presents executive-level business cases that clearly articulate the strategic and financial benefits of network modernization initiatives to secure necessary investments.
• Provides strategic guidance on emerging technologies and innovative network solutions, serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external partners on technology investments and modernization efforts.
• Drives cross-domain service consolidation and modernization initiatives
• Ensures interoperability and shared architectural standards across mission areas, business systems, and infrastructure platforms.
