Job Description

This role is specifically within DnA, a division of SOCOTEC. We are currently looking for a Level II Structural Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Field Engineer who can perform NDT using Ultrasonic and Magnetic Particle Testing with at least 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Performing structural inspections for various jobs in the NYC Area.
• Performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using UT and MT. Equipment provided
• Write and submit reports within 48 hours of inspections.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in the engineering or 5+ years as a Structural NDT Field Engineer required

• Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Level II 

• Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Tech Level II
• CWI or ICC Structural Welding/Bolting

• Preferred Qualifications
  • Dye Penetrant Testing (PT)
  • College Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • ACI or ICC Concrete Special Inspector
  • ICC Spray fireproofing.
  • ICC Masonry
  • OSHA 30
  • Suspended Scaffolding Card
