Natural RESOURCES SUPERVISOR  

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Natural Resources Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Natural Resources Supervisor have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments. 

• Supervise, train, support and motivate Natural Resources Department employees to thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities. 

• Attend Manager/supervisor meetings as needed. 

• Conduct safety checks within the Department in accordance with company protocols. 

• Conduct educational tours and programs with guests, residents and community groups/members as needed. 

• Assist with scheduling all activities and programs of the Natural Resources Department.  

• Assist with the design and implementation of resort guest and member programs. 

• Assist in the maintenance of all Ka’upulehu water features. 

• Assist with the husbandry of all aquatic animals at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. 

• Assist with near-shore marine biological and water quality monitoring, and technical support.

WHAT TO BRING 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

• A college degree in marine science or aquatic resources related field. Experience developing and implementing educational programs. Ability to lead in team activities. Ability to work in and around the ocean. In addition, the individual must be able to demonstrate the ability to interact and communicate well with Resort guests, residents, and school groups.
