• Buildout of prompts and use of Copilot-AI capabilities in research and trading

• A current Junior or Senior Undergraduate student, currently enrolled full-time in any related field
• Financial, Economic, and Market Analysis
  Ability to interpret macroeconomic trends, market movements, and financial data to support investment or policy decisions.
• Financial Statement Analysis
  Proficiency in reviewing and extracting insights from balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analytical Thinking
  Skilled in breaking down complex problems, identifying patterns, and drawing data-driven conclusions.
• Communication Skills
  Clear and effective written and verbal communication, especially in presenting findings and collaborating across teams.
• Collaboration
  Comfortable working in team environments, contributing to group discussions, and supporting shared goals.
• Technology Proficiency
  Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Copilot to streamline research, reporting, and analysis.

Internship Structure:

• 10 Week Program - June 1 - August 7
• 40 hours a week, between 8am-5pm CST

Additional Requirements:

Employees are required to be in the office on a scheduled frequency. Adherence to this schedule is essential to fulfilling the expectations of the role.
