Multi-Site Leasing Manager

AMLI Residential has an exciting opportunity to advance your career in Property Management! Apply now for our Multi-Site Leasing Manager role, overseeing the leasing efforts at AMLI Denargo Market, AMLI Art District, and AMLI RiNo.

Duties Include:

• Develops programs to generate traffic for the community. Implements Marketing Plan and team goals. Compiles monthly Marketing Plan before month-end for approval.
• Assists hiring, training, motivating, and following up with the leasing team. Plans and implements regular leasing technique training for weekly staff meetings.
• Provides leadership and direction for at least three or more Leasing Consultants, including effective employee relations, compliance with employment law, ongoing training, and motivation for staff. Ensures regular coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations for all staff members.
• Ensures “model” apartments and target apartments are ready for show. Maintains mini-model program.
• Reviews guest cards to ensure proper follow-up. Monitors concessions and specials offered to ensure consistency.
• Shops competitive properties regularly and has knowledge of their pricing, policies, lease terms, property terms, etc.
• Monitors shopping report scores of the team members and updates the market survey as required.
• Leases to qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Follows up on prospective residents and markets the community to prospects via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs.
• Develops and maintains an ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community Manager. Prepares and distributes all lease renewal letters to lease expirations. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma, or general education degree (GED) required, associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
