The Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Mechanic role is a key member of the Corporate Maintenance Mechanic team. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, and completing corrective repairs across multiple trades, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems. Also plays a key role in minimizing downtime and maintaining efficiency by supporting equipment such as robotic equipment, conveyors, wrappers, belts, chains, sensing devices, electric motors, and more.

·        Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position. Position is required to work all hours necessary to ensure operations function is fulfilled, including nights, weekends, holidays.

·        Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.

·        Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robotic equipment, conveyors, wrappers, belts, chains, sensing devices, electric motors, and related production equipment.

·        Diagnose equipment malfunctions involving mechanical systems, electrical controls, motors, sensors, drives, and automated machinery.

·        Inspect, replace, adjust, and align machine components such as belts, chains, bearings, sprockets, motors, and other wear parts.

·        Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and engineering specifications.

·        Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control components, and machine sensing devices.

·        Support maintenance and repair of automated and robotic systems used in distribution operations.

·        Perform fabrication and repair work as needed using hand tools, shop equipment, and basic welding or cutting tools.

·        Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they result in unplanned downtime.
