MTS - ML Software Engineer (AI2327)

Job Title: MTS - ML Software Engineer         Job Location: San Jose, CA           Job ID: AI2327         Job Description:        Responsibilities:      

• Responsible for supporting customers adopt and optimize machine learning applications targeting SiMa.ai’s MLSoC and ML IP
• Run and analyze ML workloads on existing popular frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch 
• Guide and support customers through their design cycle from concept to production 
• Manage technical support issues within the customer base. 
• Provide feedback on customer needs and inputs for future product development. 
• Work with partners to support joint solutions for customers as appropriate. 

 Required Background:     

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Data science or another related field with 10+ years of experience developing/supporting complex vision, image or video processing applications for embedded platforms. 
• 3+ years' experience in machine learning and training deep neural networks, including a strong background in several applications of deep learning such as object recognition, object detection, semantic segmentation, etc.  
• 1+ year experience in hardware architectures, specifically ML accelerators, ML SoCs or similar. 
• Strong C, C++, Assembly, Python Coding Skills 
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and ONNX. 
• Demonstrated experience in the fundamentals, practical application, and best practices of AI. 
• Strong communication skills

     The annual salary for this position ranges from $175000 to $231000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, qualifications, expertise, work location, total target compensation, training, company needs, and current market demands.
