In this position...

Ford is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our growing team. Along with hands-on development, the development team also sets out to research and leverage new technologies, master the Dynamics CRM software development kit, and aims to always add value to our delivery team, our agents, and our customers. You will support the design and development of omnichannel experiences (voice, chat, SMS, messaging, etc) via copilot bots, workstreams, and custom logic.

This is a hybrid work opportunity in our Dearborn, MI office. If selected the candidate must be willing to work onsite or willing to relocate (relocation assistance may be available) to the Detroit Metropolitan area.

What you'll do…

• Solutions and customizations
• JavaScript development
• Plug-in development
• Custom workflow development, BPF
• Webservices, WCF, and Fetch XML
• CRM Portal Development and other custom portal development
• C#, ASP.NET/MVC Development, including jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and XML
• Integrating with Azure services through Power Automate, LogicApps, Azure Functions, WebAPIs
• CDM/CDS, Power Apps Model Driven Apps and Canvas apps
• PCF Controls development
• Integration with Microsoft Co-pilot and Omnichannel
• Unit testing, QA, and technical documentation

Required Skills and Experience

• C#
• HTML/HTML5
• JavaScript
• Agile delivery Model
• Strong Ford OS Behaviors
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
