FlexStaff is seeking an experienced MRI Manager for our client, a sports medicine practice.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee daily radiology operations (X-ray and MRI). 

• Develop and implement efficient workflows, policies, and procedures. 

• Manage imaging technicians, prioritize work, and oversee vendor relationships. 

• Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and service documentation. 

• Perform managerial duties, including staff hiring, training, and evaluation. 

• Perform technologist duties as needed, based on competency. 

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate radiology staff. 

• Create efficient staff schedules. 

• Conduct staff meetings and provide ongoing training. 

• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, ACR). 

• Monitor patient and staff safety. 

• Other responsibilities as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred). 

• ARRT certification or equivalent. 

• 3+ years of radiology experience (2+ years supervisory/management experience). 

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficiency with RIS, PACS, and EHR systems. 

• Advanced MS Office skills. 

• Flexible to travel to other work locations, on-call availability, and extended hours as needed.
