The Boeing CompanyBoeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a MQ-25 Flight Test Senior Manager, to join our Flight Test Team at our production facility in Mascoutah, IL.
The position is responsible for the day to day execution of the test program and daily coordination with the ITT (Integrated Test Team) and the MQ-25 Program. This position will manage all Flight Test disciplines at the test site and be responsible to make sure all of the support disciplines are staffed. Daily Coordination with Program Management, Production Operations, and the Navy will be required.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplines
Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manage, develop and motivate employees
Communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design, production, and support of products, services, or other deliverables
Communicate with program leadership using a variety of media, to clearly convey information and ideas
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
5+ years of experience in a management and/or team lead role in an engineering and/or test environment
Experience with interfacing database systems and applications
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience supporting a military flight test program (Navy Flight Test preferred)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $170,000 - $230,000
