Key Role:
Lead Go-To-Market Strategies for the Offensive Cyber Mission market teams across DoD for delivery of capabilities, Nontraditional revenue products and supported services offerings. Drive all market led development of components of capabilities not led by the Solutions team and act as primary interface to the solutions team for adaption and integration of capabilities into the markets. Lead the architecture and engineering service offering for the National Cyber Platform including core infrastructure service offerings targeted to support critical infrastructure and warfighter platforms in National Security Clients, including Federal, Civil, DoD, and IC, such as Cross Domain Services and Zero Trust offerings. Lead the design and development of prioritized service offerings to support labor-based services for the growth of markets and services to augment and enhance mission nontraditional capabilities and new beach heads for growth of the firm’s capabilities. Hire functional talent to support the deployment of these offerings across the market teams, design and deliver repeatable competitive offerings aligned to market demand, and lead proposals for key prioritized clients in these areas. Act as a lead for OEM co-development, solutioning and productization paths for offerings at the direction of the Solutions leadership and Market leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing Agile teams with Scrum for the delivery of DoD capabilities to clients, including converting vulnerabilities and exploits to solutions
10+ years of experience with software development and vulnerability research in support of USCC, IC, or Service Cyber components, including Army, Navy, USAF, or USMC
Experience with the delivery of complete solutions requiring software development, exploit development, integrations, and operations support
Experience with researching and communicating the impact of notable vulnerabilities, research papers, and vulnerability analysis to demonstrate thought leadership to peer groups and clients
Knowledge of industry solutions providers for critical cyber and warfighting domain needs
Ability to dynamically present concepts and ideas to clients and industry partners
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with existing and emerging enabling architectures, data flows, interfaces, and frameworks in the mission space
Ability to manage, mentor, and train staff to fill roles
Ability to provide oversight of SDLC activities, lab management, and client interfacing
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
