Job Overview

Sets up and operates CNC milling machine and various manual milling machines to mill per routing instructions and part drawing

Pay starting at $31.83

Key Job Responsibilities

Check router for operation and tooling and verify revisions.
Run the part through the machine by following instructions per router. Edit speeds and feeds as needed, and program as needed.
Inspect and ensure parts are to print. Document as required.
Make out a move ticket to send the part to the next operation.
Obeys all safety rules and adhere to 6S standards.
Perform all daily TPM activities as required.
Assist engineers and supervision to make improvements to parts, methods, fixturing and work place organization for continuous improvement.  

Qualifications/Requirements

GED/HS Diploma

Previous Milling machining experience is required.

Must be able to perform own setups

Additional Information

There is no guarantee of shift, this is a unionized shop. Training often takes place on 1st shift. Must successfully pass background check, pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol testing. Moderate physical demand required, continuous lifting or moving light weight to moderate weight materials.
