Job Description

The migrations team transitions customers to modern, robust solutions to further the Therapy Brands mission to expand access to quality therapy and mental healthcare. The Migration Project Manager will serve as a project manager for migrations, guiding them from start to finish with purpose and direction.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION 

• Accountable for the on time, on budget completion of migrations 
• A “player-coach” who drives transformation through the coordination and completion of cross-functional projects 
• Determines and defines project scope and objectives 
• Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan 
• Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress 
• Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution 
• Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement 

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience required 
• Work experience in a fast-paced SAAS environment 
• Project Management Professional Certification - PMI Institute or equivalent preferred 
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences 
• Ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate across functional teams  
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple competing priorities  
• Ability to foster and develop ongoing cross-functional partnerships  
• Strong analytical skills; working knowledge of OKRs and KPIs  
• Strong time management skills; prioritization and goal setting acumen  
• Advanced computer and software literacy including Microsoft Office and online project management tooling (Monday experience a plus) 
• Occasional travel required; less than 10% travel anticipated
