Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our dynamic Weapon' s team in Saint Charles, MO.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

Level 3:

• Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets
• Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases
• Conducts supplier assessments
• Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance
• Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
• provides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities
• Supports current production and development programs

Level 4:

• Oversees technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programs
• Leads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programs
• Manages all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
• Leads supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans, corrective and preventative actions
• Leads the development of company or business unit procurement strategies
• Provides oversight, guidance and verification of work movement projects
• Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders
• Supports current production and development programs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four-year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
• 3+ years’ experience managing supplier performance
• 3+ years’ experience in Root Cause Analysis and Correction Action
• 3+ years’ experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years’ experience working in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or Program Management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Mid-Level (Level 3): $91,800 - $113,400

Experienced (Level 4): $110,500-$136,500
