Tietoevry Tech Services Latvia SIA is looking for a Microsoft D365 CE Solution Consultant to join our international team.

Joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Microsoft D365 CE Consultant offers an exciting and dynamic opportunity. Our team works with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses with straightforward needs to large enterprises with complex, global solutions.

We are currently seeking a Microsoft D365 CE Solution Consultant to help guide our clients through their digital transformation journey with Microsoft Dynamics 365. If you’re eager to make an impact, learn from industry experts, and contribute to innovative, high-impact projects, we’d love to hear from you!

With us you will be responsible for:

• Providing knowledge of the MS Dynamics CE application and evaluating the customer’s business processes against the standard functionality
• Collaborating with customer project group to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of the business processes and application solution
• Combining technological understanding with process and domain knowledge to create added value for our customers
• Consulting on D365 CE engagements including implementation, upgrade, modernization and/or extension of existing applications
• Managing and controlling the application configuration and customization design work to fulfill customer’s business process requirements

We expect you to have:

• Experience of working with CRM solutions
• Knowledge and experience of sales, marketing, or services processes
• Fluent spoken and written English language skills are essential for effective communication with international clients and colleagues
